By using the Garage64 application, you agree to the following terms.

1. Purpose

Garage64 is a management and community app designed for diecast model car collectors.

2. User Responsibility and Community Rules

• Content: You are solely responsible for the photos, captions, and comments you share.
• Etiquette: Profanity, hate speech, harassment, and illegal content are strictly prohibited.
• Automated moderation: Content violating community rules may be blocked or removed automatically.
• AI features: Scan, valuation, and similar tools provide informational estimates only. Results may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not professional appraisals or guarantees.
• Community stock photos: Optional photo contributions require separate consent at upload and are governed by section 8.
• Other takedown requests: For rights claims about other content, contact taytekofficial@gmail.com.

3. Intellectual Property

Model car images are sourced from official and collector communities for informational purposes. Ownership belongs to the respective trademark holders.

4. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided \'as is\'. Developers are not liable for any data loss or technical interruptions.

6. Premium and in-app purchases

Some features require a Premium subscription (entitlement: Garage64 Pro). Payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play according to your device. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds follow the store's terms and your account settings. We do not store your full payment card details.

7. Subscription terms and management

• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

• Manage or cancel: On iPhone or iPad, open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or use \'Manage subscription\' in Garage64 Settings. On Android, open Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, or use \'Manage subscription\' in Garage64 Settings.

• Restore purchases: If you reinstall the app or switch devices, sign in with the same account and tap \'Restore purchases\' in Garage64 Settings or on the AI valuation screen.

• Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies.

8. Community photo contributions

When you submit an optional community stock-photo contribution, you give separate, informed consent via the in-app checkbox (legal basis: consent under GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and UK GDPR).

Copyright ownership: You keep copyright. This is a license, not a sale or assignment of ownership.

License you grant: If your contribution is approved, you grant Garage64 a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the photo only inside Garage64 (in-app and related web pages such as model information) to display it on model cards, store it, resize or crop it, keep it updated, and make it available through our hosting and technical service providers.

What we do not do: We do not sell your photos, license them as standalone stock content outside Garage64, or use them in third-party advertising.

Your promises: You confirm the photo is yours or you have all permissions needed, that people (if any) are shown lawfully, and that the image does not infringe copyright, trademark, or other third-party rights.

Username: Your username may be shown with approved contributions in the app.

Duration: The license applies while the photo is approved and displayed, until you withdraw consent, we remove it, or your account is deleted—whichever comes first.

Withdraw consent / request removal: Email taytekofficial@gmail.com at any time. We will end new display and delete or disable the photo within a reasonable time, normally within 30 days. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before you withdrew consent.

Mandatory rights: Nothing in these terms limits copyright or data-protection rights you cannot waive under EU, EEA, or UK law, including moral rights where applicable.

Complaints: You may contact your local data protection authority; see Privacy Policy section 8.

• Topluluk stok fotoğrafları: İsteğe bağlı foto katkıları yükleme sırasında ayrı rıza gerektirir ve 8. bölümde düzenlenir.

3. Fikri Mülkiyet

Araba bilgileri ve görselleri Hot Wheels, Matchbox ve diğer ilgili kaynaklardan bilgilendirme amaçlı alınmaktadır. Bu görsellerin mülkiyeti ilgili markalara aittir.

4. Hizmet Kesintisi

Hizmet \'olduğu gibi\' sunulur. Veri kaybı veya teknik aksaklıklardan dolayı geliştirici sorumlu tutulamaz.

6. Premium ve uygulama içi satın almalar

8. Topluluk foto katkıları

Süre: Lisans, fotoğraf onaylı ve gösterimdeyken, rızanızı geri çekene, biz kaldırana veya hesabınızı silene kadar—hangisi önce olursa—geçerlidir.

Rıza geri çekme / kaldırma: İstediğiniz zaman taytekofficial@gmail.com adresine yazın. Yeni gösterimi durdurur ve fotoğrafı makul sürede, normalde 30 gün içinde siler veya devre dışı bırakırız. Geri çekme, geri çekmeden önceki yasal işlemeyi etkilemez.

• Verhalten: Beleidigungen, Hassrede, Belästigung und illegale Inhalte sind streng untersagt.
• Automatische Moderation: Verstöße gegen Community-Regeln können automatisch blockiert oder entfernt werden.
• KI-Funktionen: Scan-, Bewertungs- und ähnliche Tools liefern nur informative Schätzungen. Ergebnisse können unvollständig oder ungenau sein und sind keine professionellen Gutachten oder Garantien.
• Community-Stockfotos: Optionale Fotobeiträge erfordern gesonderte Einwilligung beim Upload und unterliegen Abschnitt 8.
• Sonstige Löschungsanfragen: Bei Rechteansprüchen zu anderem Inhalt taytekofficial@gmail.com

3. Geistiges Eigentum

Fahrzeugbilder stammen zu Informationszwecken aus offiziellen Sammlerquellen. Das Eigentum verbleibt bei den jeweiligen Rechteinhabern.

4. Haftungsausschluss

Der Dienst wird \'wie besehen\' bereitgestellt. Die Entwickler haften nicht für Datenverluste.

6. Premium und In-App-Käufe

Einige Funktionen erfordern ein Premium-Abonnement (Berechtigung: Garage64 Pro). Zahlungen werden je nach Gerät über den Apple App Store oder Google Play abgewickelt. Abrechnung, Verlängerung, Kündigung und Erstattungen richten sich nach den Store-Bedingungen und Ihren Kontoeinstellungen. Wir speichern keine vollständigen Zahlungskartendaten.

7. Abonnementbedingungen und Verwaltung

• Automatische Verlängerung: Abonnements verlängern sich automatisch, sofern sie nicht mindestens 24 Stunden vor Ende des aktuellen Abrechnungszeitraums gekündigt werden.

• Verwalten oder kündigen: Auf iPhone/iPad öffnen Sie Einstellungen → Apple-ID → Abonnements oder nutzen Sie „Abonnement verwalten“ in den Garage64-Einstellungen. Auf Android öffnen Sie Google Play → Zahlungen und Abos → Abos oder nutzen Sie „Abonnement verwalten“ in den Garage64-Einstellungen.

• Käufe wiederherstellen: Nach Neuinstallation oder Gerätewechsel mit demselben Konto anmelden und „Käufe wiederherstellen“ in den Garage64-Einstellungen oder auf dem KI-Bewertungsbildschirm tippen.

• Erstattungen: Erstattungsanfragen werden gemäß den Richtlinien von Apple oder Google über den Store bearbeitet, über den Sie abonniert haben.

8. Community-Fotobeiträge

Wenn Sie einen optionalen Community-Stockfoto-Beitrag einreichen, erteilen Sie gesonderte, informierte Einwilligung über die In-App-Checkbox (Rechtsgrundlage: Einwilligung gemäß DSGVO Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a und UK GDPR).

Urheberrecht: Sie behalten das Urheberrecht. Dies ist eine Lizenz, kein Verkauf oder Eigentumsübertragung.

Erteilte Lizenz: Wenn Ihr Beitrag genehmigt wird, erteilen Sie Garage64 eine nicht-exklusive, weltweite, gebührenfreie Lizenz, das Foto nur innerhalb von Garage64 (In-App und zugehörige Webseiten wie Modellinformationen) auf Modellkarten anzuzeigen, zu speichern, zu verkleinern/zuzuschneiden, zu aktualisieren und über Hosting- und technische Dienstleister bereitzustellen.

Was wir nicht tun: Wir verkaufen Ihre Fotos nicht, lizenzieren sie nicht als eigenständige Stock-Inhalte außerhalb von Garage64 und nutzen sie nicht in Werbung Dritter.

Ihre Zusicherungen: Sie bestätigen, dass das Foto Ihr Werk ist oder Sie alle erforderlichen Berechtigungen haben, dass Personen (falls vorhanden) rechtmäßig abgebildet sind und dass das Bild keine Urheber-, Marken- oder sonstigen Rechte Dritter verletzt.

Benutzername: Ihr Benutzername kann bei genehmigten Beiträgen in der App angezeigt werden.

Dauer: Die Lizenz gilt, solange das Foto genehmigt und angezeigt wird, bis Sie die Einwilligung widerrufen, wir es entfernen oder Ihr Konto gelöscht wird—je nachdem, was zuerst eintritt.

Einwilligung widerrufen / Entfernung: E-Mail jederzeit an taytekofficial@gmail.com. Wir beenden neue Anzeige und löschen oder deaktivieren das Foto innerhalb angemessener Frist, normalerweise innerhalb von 30 Tagen. Der Widerruf berührt nicht die Rechtmäßigkeit der Verarbeitung vor dem Widerruf.

Zwingende Rechte: Diese Bedingungen schränken Urheber- oder Datenschutzrechte nicht ein, die nach EU-, EWR- oder UK-Recht nicht abbedungen werden können, einschließlich moralischer Rechte, soweit anwendbar.

8. Contributions photo communautaires

Ce que nous ne faisons pas : nous ne vendons pas vos photos, ne les licencions pas comme contenu stock autonome hors Garage64, ni ne les utilisons dans de la publicité tierce.

Vos déclarations : vous confirmez que la photo vous appartient ou que vous disposez de toutes les autorisations nécessaires, que les personnes (le cas échéant) sont représentées légalement, et que l'image ne viole pas les droits d'auteur, marques ou autres droits de tiers.

Nom d'utilisateur : votre nom d'utilisateur peut apparaître avec les contributions approuvées dans l'app.

Durée : la licence s'applique tant que la photo est approuvée et affichée, jusqu'à retrait du consentement, suppression par nos soins ou suppression de votre compte—selon ce qui survient en premier.

Retrait du consentement / suppression : écrivez à taytekofficial@gmail.com à tout moment. Nous cesserons tout nouvel affichage et supprimerons ou désactiverons la photo dans un délai raisonnable, normalement sous 30 jours. Le retrait n'affecte pas le traitement licite antérieur.

Droits impératifs : rien dans ces conditions ne limite les droits d'auteur ou de protection des données que vous ne pouvez pas renoncer en droit UE, EEE ou britannique, y compris les droits moraux le cas échéant.

Réclamations : vous pouvez contacter votre autorité de protection des données locale ; voir la Politique de confidentialité section 8.

3. Propiedad Intelectual

4. Limitación de Responsabilidad

El servicio se proporciona \'tal cual\'. Los desarrollores no son responsables de ninguna pérdida de datos o interrupciones técnicas.

6. Premium y compras dentro de la app

Algunas funciones requieren una suscripción Premium (derecho: Garage64 Pro). Los pagos se procesan mediante Apple App Store o Google Play según su dispositivo. Facturación, renovación, cancelación y reembolsos siguen los términos de la tienda y la configuración de su cuenta. No almacenamos los datos completos de su tarjeta de pago.

• Renovación automática: las suscripciones se renuevan automáticamente salvo cancelación al menos 24 horas antes del fin del periodo de facturación actual.

• Restaurar compras: si reinstala la app o cambia de dispositivo, inicie sesión con la misma cuenta y pulse «Restaurar compras» en Ajustes de Garage64 o en la pantalla de valoración IA.

• Reembolsos: las solicitudes las gestionan Apple o Google según sus políticas.

8. Contribuciones fotográficas comunitarias

Al enviar una contribución fotográfica de stock comunitaria opcional, da un consentimiento separado e informado mediante la casilla in-app (base legal: consentimiento según el art. 6(1)(a) del RGPD y UK GDPR).

Propiedad del copyright: usted conserva el copyright. Es una licencia, no una venta ni cesión de propiedad.

Licencia que otorga: si su contribución es aprobada, otorga a Garage64 una licencia no exclusiva, mundial y libre de regalías para usar la foto solo dentro de Garage64 (in-app y páginas web relacionadas como información del modelo) para mostrarla en fichas de modelo, almacenarla, redimensionarla/recortarla, actualizarla y ponerla a disposición mediante nuestros proveedores de alojamiento y servicios técnicos.

Lo que no hacemos: no vendemos sus fotos, no las licenciamos como contenido stock independiente fuera de Garage64 ni las usamos en publicidad de terceros.

Sus declaraciones: confirma que la foto es suya o que tiene todos los permisos necesarios, que las personas (si las hay) se muestran legalmente y que la imagen no infringe derechos de autor, marcas u otros derechos de terceros.

Nombre de usuario: su nombre de usuario puede mostrarse con contribuciones aprobadas en la app.

Duración: la licencia aplica mientras la foto esté aprobada y visible, hasta que retire el consentimiento, la eliminemos o se elimine su cuenta—lo que ocurra primero.

Retirar consentimiento / eliminación: escriba a taytekofficial@gmail.com en cualquier momento. Dejaremos de mostrarla y eliminaremos o desactivaremos la foto en un plazo razonable, normalmente en 30 días. La retirada no afecta el tratamiento lícito anterior.

Derechos imperativos: nada en estos términos limita derechos de autor o protección de datos que no pueda renunciar según la ley de la UE, EEE o Reino Unido, incluidos los derechos morales cuando proceda.

Algumas funcionalidades requerem subscrição Premium (direito: Garage64 Pro). Os pagamentos são processados pela Apple App Store ou Google Play conforme o seu dispositivo. Faturação, renovação, cancelamento e reembolsos seguem os termos da loja e as definições da sua conta. Não armazenamos os dados completos do seu cartão de pagamento.

7. Termos de subscrição e gestão

• Renovação automática: as subscrições renovam automaticamente salvo cancelamento pelo menos 24 horas antes do fim do período de faturação atual.

• Gerir ou cancelar: no iPhone/iPad, abra Definições → ID Apple → Subscrições, ou use «Gerir subscrição» nas Definições Garage64. No Android, abra Google Play → Pagamentos e subscrições → Subscrições, ou use «Gerir subscrição» nas Definições Garage64.

• Restaurar compras: se reinstalar a app ou mudar de dispositivo, inicie sessão com a mesma conta e toque em «Restaurar compras» nas Definições Garage64 ou no ecrã de avaliação IA.

• Reembolsos: os pedidos são tratados pela Apple ou Google conforme as respetivas políticas.

8. Contribuições fotográficas comunitárias

Ao submeter uma contribuição fotográfica de stock comunitária opcional, dá consentimento separado e informado através da caixa in-app (base legal: consentimento ao abrigo do art. 6.º(1)(a) do RGPD e UK GDPR).

Propriedade dos direitos de autor: conserva os direitos de autor. Trata-se de uma licença, não de venda nem cessão de propriedade.

Licença que concede: se a contribuição for aprovada, concede à Garage64 uma licença não exclusiva, mundial e isenta de royalties para usar a foto apenas dentro da Garage64 (in-app e páginas web relacionadas como informação do modelo) para a exibir nas fichas de modelo, armazená-la, redimensioná-la/recortá-la, atualizá-la e disponibilizá-la através dos nossos fornecedores de alojamento e serviços técnicos.

O que não fazemos: não vendemos as suas fotos, não as licenciamos como conteúdo stock autónomo fora da Garage64 nem as usamos em publicidade de terceiros.

As suas declarações: confirma que a foto é sua ou que tem todas as autorizações necessárias, que as pessoas (se existirem) são mostradas legalmente e que a imagem não infringe direitos de autor, marcas ou outros direitos de terceiros.

Nome de utilizador: o seu nome de utilizador pode ser mostrado com contribuições aprovadas na app.

Duração: a licença aplica-se enquanto a foto estiver aprovada e visível, até retirar o consentimento, a removermos ou eliminar a conta—o que ocorrer primeiro.

Retirar consentimento / remoção: escreva para taytekofficial@gmail.com a qualquer momento. Deixaremos de exibir e eliminaremos ou desativaremos a foto num prazo razoável, normalmente em 30 dias. A retirada não afeta o tratamento lícito anterior.

Direitos imperativos: nada nestes termos limita direitos de autor ou proteção de dados que não possa renunciar ao abrigo da lei da UE, EEE ou Reino Unido, incluindo direitos morais quando aplicável.

Reclamações: pode contactar a autoridade de proteção de dados local; ver Política de privacidade secção 8.

• Content: You are solely responsible for the photos, captions, and comments you share.
• Etiquette: Profanity, hate speech, harassment, and illegal content are strictly prohibited.
• Automated moderation: Content violating community rules may be blocked or removed automatically.
• AI features: Scan, valuation, and similar tools provide informational estimates only. Results may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not professional appraisals or guarantees.
• Community stock photos: Optional photo contributions require separate consent at upload and are governed by section 8.
• Other takedown requests: For rights claims about other content, contact taytekofficial@gmail.com.

4. Ограничение ответственности

6. Premium и покупки в приложении
